Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics and distribution operations.
- Oversee the management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics and distribution.
- Manage budgets and financial plans related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
