Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including shelves, bins, and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Label and store incoming inventory in designated locations using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software or WMS.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25-50 lbs with or without assistance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
