Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor the QA team to maintain high standards of product quality and process efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and customer specifications before shipment.
- Train employees on quality control processes and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QA team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
