Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipment schedules and delivery routes.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to uphold productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and address operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
- Familiarity with Bali’s logistics landscape is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics is advantageous.
