Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and manual logs.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and hygiene protocols in the warehouse.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and operational metrics for management review.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and space utilization.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and vendors to resolve delivery or supply issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg (physical demands may apply).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
