Responsibility
- Source and evaluate potential vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and align procurement activities.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
