Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.
- Optimize warehouse space and layout to improve storage capacity and operational workflow.
- Track and report key performance metrics, such as delivery times, costs, and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in logistics, warehouse management, or administrative roles within the manufacturing or transportation sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and ERP software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
