Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization.
- Support the team in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Help coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in store audits and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of operational reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and resolve any operational issues.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, or logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
