Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, including KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Support inventory management, logistics coordination, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics supervision.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, quality control, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in operational software/tools (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
