Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including KPIs and performance metrics.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Support inventory management, logistics coordination, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics supervision.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, quality control, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in operational software/tools (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
