Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of QC inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to highlight trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Train and mentor QC inspectors on quality control techniques, standards, and best practices.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in supervising a team and managing quality control processes.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
