Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver Yakult products to assigned retail outlets and distributors across Bali.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining excellent condition and presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and report stock needs to the sales team.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free operations.
- Assist in merchandising products at retail locations to enhance visibility and sales.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all majors welcome.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness to handle product loading/unloading and long hours on the road.
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash transactions and delivery records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
