Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of shipments and deliveries.
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and process logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs forms.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Generate reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
