Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality material procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement budgets.
- Resolve supplier disputes and address delivery or quality issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry procurement practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
