Responsibility
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among production staff.
- Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace safety, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience in the diapers or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize production efficiency.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP) and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
