In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock and emergency orders. You’ll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to load and unload shipments efficiently while maintaining strict safety and inventory accuracy standards.

Responsibility
- Perform accurate picking and packing of stock, emergency orders, and customer shipments to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols and wear PPE to prevent workplace injuries and equipment damage.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Assist in housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, material handling, or forklift operation.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality.
