Responsibility
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of warehouse orders to meet daily targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing materials in designated areas
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying shipments against purchase orders and invoices
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics (fresh graduates with relevant training may apply)
- Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain one (training provided)
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (training provided)
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed
