Responsibility
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Inspect packages for quality, completeness, and proper labeling before dispatch.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, weighing scales) to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with warehouse protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Follow inventory control procedures, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and verifying quantities.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
- Willingness to work in shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night) as assigned.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry) is a plus.
