Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards across manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Identify root causes of defects or non-conformities and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality protocols, safety measures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives for management review.
- Stay updated on industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality supervision within manufacturing, construction, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., TQM, Lean, 5S).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management software.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
