Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for solar project materials, equipment, and services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain disruptions to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project budgets and schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, emerging technologies, and cost-saving opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier proposals, compare costs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of solar energy components, logistics, and industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
