Responsibility
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Load and unload materials, components, or finished products from machines or conveyors.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality control specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes or willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20-25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
