Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and safe execution of manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics tasks.
- Oversee daily production schedules, prioritize workloads, and allocate resources to meet operational targets.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and SOPs to minimize risks and defects.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, supply chain) to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on performance metrics, incident investigations, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA) for manufacturing and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technician or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., CNC, automation systems).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
