Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform quality checks on products to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Assemble, package, and label finished products in accordance with production guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
