Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency, and output targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Train, mentor, and lead production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Implement and optimize production schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve any issues to maintain product standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, ISO standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
