Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and optimize storage space to minimize costs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software to track shipments, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process automation where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in inventory control, distribution planning, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
