Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee Group-wide SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to integrate SHE objectives into business strategies and operational plans.
- Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, KPIs, and trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to SHE standards across all facilities and projects.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to SHE teams and employees to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders to stay abreast of evolving SHE requirements and best practices.
- Develop and manage emergency response plans, including crisis management and business continuity strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001/14001 are highly desirable).
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in SHE management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations (e.g., K3, PP 50/2012) and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing SHE programs that reduce incidents and improve compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and training programs for diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SHE management software, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
