Responsibility
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of wine collections with utmost care and accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security protocols to protect high-value inventory.
- Liaise with internal teams to fulfill customer orders and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity) to preserve wine quality.
- Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse processes for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical ability to handle and move inventory as needed.
- Knowledge of wine storage best practices is advantageous.
