Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics and forwarding activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics and forwarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
