Responsibility
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Inspect packages for quality, completeness, and proper labeling before dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, labeling machines) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging, handling, and storage.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and participate in training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to lift and move packages (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or labeling software is advantageous.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, if needed.
