Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and spare parts.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety, security, and organizational standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory and generate reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet production and distribution deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a preference for handling raw materials and spare parts.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including inventory management software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
