Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, or cars) safely and efficiently for the transportation of goods, materials, or personnel.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure accident-free operations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs of travel times, distances, fuel consumption, and vehicle conditions.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, optimizing delivery times while prioritizing safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Uphold professional conduct and represent QMPP positively in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid B1 Driver’s License (mandatory) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and regional routes (Badung, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.
