Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping medical devices and raw materials.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and other regulatory standards for medical device manufacturing.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance order fulfillment speed.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with business needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of medical-grade materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA regulations for medical device storage and distribution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or lean management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
