Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize production, inventory, and distribution processes.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, sales) to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning to balance supply with market demand.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, operations, or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or transport.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory management, demand planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
