Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily operations at the SPX Express hub, ensuring timely processing of orders, inventory accuracy, and efficient logistics coordination.
- Supervise a team of operational staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with regional and central teams to align hub operations with company-wide strategies, policies, and compliance standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
- Resolve escalated issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or customer complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and quality control protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process enhancements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or a similar leadership role within e-commerce or express delivery services.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and achieving KPI targets in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, customs regulations, and local logistics networks is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
