Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations within the E-Commerce and FMCG sectors.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely updates and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within E-Commerce or FMCG.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control is an advantage.
