Responsibility

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations within the E-Commerce and FMCG sectors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely updates and reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within E-Commerce or FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
