Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and updating records in the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and manage documentation for shipments, including packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to best practices and operational efficiency.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead warehouse staff when necessary.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
