Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards in the production facility.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations and resolve production-related issues.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including output metrics, downtime analysis, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
