Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for efficient workflow.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time).
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Support the adoption of warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with data centre logistics or tech industry supply chains is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
