Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions in manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align engineering activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or other relevant industry standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
