Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily transportation schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
- Optimize truck utilization and route planning to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Enforce strict compliance with road safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, route optimization tools, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
