Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with system records.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet performance targets and maintain high safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business demands.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment time, accuracy rates) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, 5S methodology, and inventory control best practices.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Certifications in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are a plus.
