Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse space, workflow, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Oversee inventory management systems, maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies or losses.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, turnaround times) and implement data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams of 20+ staff in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and lean logistics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in analyzing operational data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian standards) and best practices for material handling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
