Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple Bali locations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory control systems, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods with 99% accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and KPIs to optimize performance
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Analyze warehouse metrics and generate reports to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of managing warehouse operations in Bali or similar high-demand regions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff members
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
