Responsibility
- Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management.
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics and operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in depot operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the logistics and energy sectors.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
