Responsibility
- Lead and drive operational improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality across logistics and supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability in operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in workflows and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on operational excellence methodologies, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or supply chain optimization, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and cost reduction initiatives in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
