As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to optimize warehouse processes, maintain operational KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and systems (e.g., WMS) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and improve end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Manage inventory control, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan capacity, and scale operations during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL environments.
- Proven track record of managing teams of 20+ staff and improving operational metrics (e.g., order fulfillment speed, accuracy rates).
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean logistics principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed to support business operations.
