Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and efficiency.
- Monitor workflow processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) in all operational activities.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and collaborate with QA teams to maintain product consistency and minimize defects.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement for raw material availability, and reduce waste through effective resource allocation.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including KPIs, production metrics, and cost-analysis data to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role, preferably in automotive, electronics, FMCG, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications in OSHA, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949 are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments.
