Responsibility
- Assist in daily supply chain operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Monitor transportation schedules and resolve delays or issues with carriers.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
