Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, inventory software).
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (training will be provided if necessary).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
