Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Optimize inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and improve order fulfillment speed.
- Coordinate with retail and delivery teams to ensure seamless last-mile logistics for customer orders.
- Implement and monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, delivery times, inventory turnover) to drive performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations in warehouse environments.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics challenges.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate reports for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail, fast-food delivery, or e-commerce.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
