Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required for production.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and analyze supply chain risks to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with production needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize procurement processes to reduce lead times.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
